Returns / Refunds
In order to be eligible for a returns / refund, you have to make a complaint within 24 hours of receiving our product. If your return / refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your store credit or credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
