3. What is the delivery fees? 

-Minimum order RM30 and above, standard delivery charges applied.

*We do not deliver on Sunday and public holiday.


4. If found any rotten fruits, what could you do?

Please show us the photo or record a video of the bad condition of the fruits and send to us within 24hours. We shall investigate further and we will compensate you in terms of refund, give discount on next purchase or replace new one depends on different circumstances.

 

5. How to make payment? 

Before you make payment, kindly check the delivery areas, your order, billing details and shipping details again to make sure the areas are cover and details are correct. Tentatively we only can accept bank transfer. For bank transfer, kindly attached, whatsapp, email or FB message us your bank in slip picture. 

 

6.When & What time do parcel arrive usually? 

After we received payment, we will deliver the item within 1- 3 working days. 

Our deliver time from 10am - 8pm. 


7. Can come to our shop to collect? 

No, we do not have self-collect service yet.
